I was so excited to have this dishwasher, the smart dryer and storm washing feature along with the auto release door was such great selling features! I love the sleek design and the recessed handle. The fact that it works with the smart things app is amazing. I can connect it to my phone to run when I need. The stainless steel finger print resistant is so great for young kids. The adjustable racks are good and I was excited to use, but they don’t fit any of the items I need them to when adjusted, or the bottom racks fall. The smart dry doesn’t dry out plastic items even with 3 hours runs, I still have to manually dry them. The buggiest concern for me is the racks configuration, they don’t point in a way that allow items to dry/be cleaned. I hope they will continue to improve these racks to match the other upgraded feature that sold me on this dishwasher.

I really like the feature set of this model. It is quiet and the racks well organized. But, we've had installation issues. The unit doesn't fully drain the water at the end. After multiple visits by Samsung techs and plumbers, the issue appears to be with the unit itself. We are waiting on a replacement. I would like to review it again after that occurs and the issues are resolved.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

This dishwasher does a great job getting dishes washed. My previous Kenmore I could never say that. Bottom rack is the biggest knock against it. Just suitable for plates. Glasses and bowls on middle rack fills in a hurry. Very quiet.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I absolutely love this dishwasher. I never knew a dishwasher could be so quiet. You don't realize how loud standard dishwashers are until you have a premium one like this from Samsung! I love the modern yet simplistic design, it blends in so well with my kitchen. I love the adjustable racks and the third rack on the top which I use for baby bottle tops and nipples. Getting it connected with Smartthings was a breeze and I love getting updates through my connected devices. Great job Samsung! Love that the buttons are on top so the kids aren't inclined to pressing them. Bummed that it had a small dents on the bottom considering my trade in was a mint dishwasher less than a year old. Other than that very happy!

I have only recently received this dishwasher as there were issues with delivery, but despite these issues, I am quite pleased with the Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+™ 42dBA with Smart Dry and recessed handle in Stainless Steel. First things first-it is quiet! So quiet that I can’t even hear it in the next room. Second, love the recessed handle, blends right in to the countertop. Third, it is roomy! We have large plates and it has previously been an issue fitting these into our old dishwasher, but no more. You are able to raise the top rack to fit larger items! Last but not least, it gets your dishes clean and looks great. Fits my other Samsung kitchen appliances. Love them all so much!

This dishwasher is Amazing! A quality dishwasher makes such a difference. The comparison of this dishwasher to my old is like night and day. The features and cycles are cool. You can program it to run a few hours later and it runs super quiet. It has an air dry setting instead of having the coil on the bottom. You wash plastic items without worrying about it melting. The door opens when there is 15 minutes left and that helps with the dry and there is no water odor left behind. The best dishwasher I have ever owned

I was in dire need of an updated one for my previous model was out of commission after four years of use. My first impression of the new Samsung dishwasher was that it was sleek and looks like it can hold a whole lot. We do have a big household so that is a plus. I love the different options it has as well. After a few uses, the dishwasher didn't seem roomy enough, so I took out the utensil rack on the bottom rack and utilized the very top rack. After finding out how to arrange the utensils on the top rack, it was a game changer. LOVE how clean and organized it is. It is SO quiet. The only thing I would change about this dishwasher is for it to have a dry option by itself. Also- there is a slight delay when choosing the options. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

we've been searching for a truly silent dishwasher for sometime w/ little luck until now! this samsung dishwasher is quiet you cant tell its running.it has incredible features we love.when the heat cycle drying dishes is over the dishwasher pops the door an inch from the top.this allows the dishes to air dry, w/ the steam being allowed to escape which reduces moisture build up in the machine. this feature stops water from tops of glasses,casserole tops, & all items that retain water.removable racks are helpful, cooking utensils, etc.i love the power wash feature.on the bottom left of dishwasher, you can place an extra dirty or encrusted pot there. hitting "power wash concentrates heavier water spray for washing & rinsing.we recv. the dishwasher at discounted price for our honest review!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

This Samsung dishwasher is a sexy work of art! The house we bought last year came with a builder grade dishwasher that has been really disappointing as far as cleaning and how noisy it is when it runs... So noisy that we couldn't run it at night because it would keep us up. We jumped on the opportunity to upgrade to a Samsung Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+ through the Insiders Try It program when they became available. I'm so glad we did! We've been using it at least once a day for the last almost two weeks and are 100% please with the purchase. The StormWash+ has this amazing third row for large utensils, the rack height is more adjustable than other dishwashers we've tried, and also has more wash settings. The overall appearance is sleek and completely fingerprint (and dog paw/nose) resistant. The other thing I love about this DW is that the display controls are actually hidden once you close the door, so no more bumping into it and turning it on or off mid cycle. It's also smart enough to tell you when the Finish is low and needs to be replaced AND you can start it with your phone (as long as the door is closed and you have wifi). Have you ever had trouble with your dishes completely drying once the cycle was completed? Not in this model... The door automatically opens to allow more airflow for dryer dishes and spot free glassware. Over all the dishes are SO much cleaner with this model (DW80B7070US) than I've experienced with any other. We've always pre-washed all of our dishes before adding them to the dishwasher but you don't have to do that with this one. The extra jets and turbo functions on this model are so reliable that you don't have to waste water pre-washing. My favorite thing about this DW is that it's so quiet that we thought it wasn't working... And it's been that quiet for each load we've run since. The only noice it makes is when it's done and when the water drains. Do yourself a favor and just upgrade your dishwashing experience now and thank me later!

Highly recommend! I ordered this model to replace 15+ year-old leading brand dishwasher. Very quiet and packed with awesome features: auto door release at the end of the cycle, storm wash removes toughest residues, tunable dry cycle, and smart things for fine tuning. This dishwasher is super easy to use with lots of room for everything! I also love how whisper quiet this dishwasher is. I can't even hear it over the television in the family room that's is connected to the kitchen! Now I can run the dishwasher at anytime night or day and not worry about waking anyone with the noise. Everyone who comes by is always asking about it and asking to look at it inside and out. Best purchase ever we are very please with our new dishwasher.
