5 Great Features

I bought this washer and I love it. The size is perfect for our wash room. The depth of the tub was the big selling point for me.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

4 All around good washer

I've had the washer almost a year, and with the exception of a hot water valve going bad, replaced under warranty, it's been great. I will admit I'm still getting use to it being HE and not getting the old school hot water cycle.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

1 Always Unbalanced

My husband and I recently moved into a house with one of these washers that were brand new included. I was excited to try out this washer. However, in the two months I have lived here it has been an absolute nightmare. Every time we put a load in, at the end of the spin cycle it comes up with an unbalanced code. We try and move around the clothing and it usually takes 4-5 times before it will actually complete the spin cycle. We usually spend 30 minutes in front of the washing machine trying to babysit it so it to make sure it finishes the spin cycle. On top of that, when it tries to correct the unbalanced load, it fills with water which has increased our water bill as the washing machine is filling with water 3-4x more than it should. We have tried levelling it many times with no better outcome. This happens every time without fail wether we are doing a load of sheets or a regular load of clothes. I am incredibly frustrated and am tempted to buy a cheap washing machine off the internet because nothing could possible be worse than this one.

Washer is level, but will not do the first test when setting up(rinse and spin). Need some help. Have watch video on line and this washer will not spin.

4 Long wash cycle

Just received my washer & just to try I washed 2 medium sized towels on Quick wash which turned out to be an hour. Did full loads in my old washer in about the same time. Also there is no option to do a warm wash & cold rinse. I'll revisit this after I do a full load but I'm hoping it isn't a 3 hour event. Also hoping the spin cycle does a better job.

1 Very disappointed.....

I got this washer on January 4, 2022 (18 days ago) and from day 1, it has not worked as it should. It does not spin the clothes dry at all and clothes take longer to dry in the dryer. It does not come close to the last washer that I had for 26 years! Then today, it would not spin after washing and I got an 8C error code...... What does 8C code mean on Samsung washer? Sometimes 8C error code occurs in Samsung washer immediately after filling with water, and the drum does not rotate on all programs. This indicates the breaking of the motor winding. It should be completely replaced. If the equipment fails to gain speed at the beginning of spinning, check the motor brushes. This washer is going back and I would NOT recommend this washer. Save your money and keep looking!
