Beautiful stainless steel look but that’s it. Oven runs hot. Two front burners run hot. No help from manufacturer. Would not buy again. Lemon. Others have had same issue. Look at reviews. Buyer beware! Disappointed & regret buying this stove!

We just got delivery this morning. The delivery guys were on time, very careful bringing it in. Within an hour of turning the oven on we were ready to use. The chefs in the house were very impressed. Cooking was easy and quick. The cookies in the oven were perfectly baked. Well done Samsung

I purchased 3 black stainless appliances. The paint peeling off after a year. I contacted Samsung, but they said it’s cosmetic and they don’t provide any support, which is none sense because I paid extra for this cosmetic. Look at the pictures

Just received the stove. It seems to work well. But there is a constant clicking sound and it is annoying. Don't know if it is a defect or how the stove is.

I just bought this Range 4 weeks before and now I am fed up. I am banging my head against the wall. It takes more than a hour everyday for cleaning for only 20 minutes of coking. This is physically demanding and has become a nightmare for us. Each time after cooking we see sticky bubbles on the glasstop around the burner and forms a ring. We have tried Weimen cooktop cleaner, vinegar, Vim Cleaner, Windex. But it seems nothing is working and we have to rub the glasstop vigorously. I have searched enough in google and it seems many customer has reported this problem and all of them are fed up. According to them this problem happens in the hard water area. The minerals in the water form this sticky residue on the glass surface. Can Samsung help me by advising an easy solution to clean after cooking. Else, though this a costly product but I have no other choice than to throw this out. I shall never use Samsung Poduct again and will advise others not to use Samsung Ranges.

We bought this stove along with a fridge and dishwasher less then 2 years ago and the paint has started coming off the oven door around the handle. The time pad is messed up has lights flashing constantly.

We literally just bought this a few days ago. The oven light worked for one day. Now it doesn't. Tried unplugging and plugging in. But really this is a brand new range manufactured Dec 2021. There shouldn't be this issue. Highly unimpressed.

I purchased an electric range stove with Moel number # NE63A6511Ss and Serial # 0J4E7DARA02133Z on January 3rd, 2022 and received it on February 4th, 2022. The range has a manufacturing defect where the oven remains heated even though the unit is completely turned off. We noticed it and initially thought it was made that way which is why I did not call right away. I called Samsung on April 9th, 2022 and a technician told me subsequent that the defective unit has to be repaired. I objected and requested the defective unit be replaced. I am told that Samsung can’t guarantee the replacement of a defective unit.
