4 It’s a good refrigerator except one thing

I love this refrigerator definitely!! But the only thing that bothers me is that the temperature won’t set at all, it won’t connect to the smart app. I’ve tried holding the small circle below it down many times and it still didn’t work. The display just keeps blinking “C 13” but besides that I really like this refrigerator

5 Wonderful organizational features !

We have had it for over a month and we are very happy with the double shelve slide in freezer on the bottom . The refrigerator makes organizing easy - the shelving on the door racks can hold a lot of items .The gentle alarm that goes off if the doors are left on too long are very helpful remainders of energy efficiency. The digital monitoring of temperature is plus! .

1 Do not buy!

i purchased this fridge this past april. not even 48 hours after having it, it stopped cooling. it said it was the temp i wanted it, but you could tell that was wrong. i called home depot, but since it was past the 48 hours there was nothing they could do. it then happened again a a couple days later. i called home depot again and then they reached out to samsung to send a tech out. when the tech came out he couldn't do anything because now it was cooling. i had to throw out groceries twice, which was a couple hundred dollars. it stops cooling so often that i had to buy a thermometer to have sit on the shelf to check to see what the actual temperature is. i hate this fridge! it has been such a headache and not worth the money i spent.

1 Cooling Issue

had a coolong issue mutliple times. if you factory reset it then it will continute cooling. the key is catching it before it ruins all of your food. contacted support and they don’t care about the issue unless your refrigerator is actively broken. it would have been more cost effective to spend more somewhere else because i have thrown out mutiple fridge fulls of food.

4 Fits my small kitchen!

My home is 100 years old and I was so fortunate to find this refrigerator fits in the space I had. Love that it does not have handles protruding.

5 Best fridge for small space

My house was a flip that came without a fridge and a very limited space cut out in the kitchen layout for one. This fridge is the best option for a small space if wanting to avoid the standard freezer on top / fridge on bottom single door setup. My only complaint is I wish it came with a water dispenser. Aside from that great value and aesthetically it’s very modern and clean looking.

1 I love Samsung. Just not this refrigerator

bought this refrigerator may 2021. i have had to throw away frozen foods at least 4 times due to freezer not shutting. i have 2 children so i have blamed them for not shutting it the 1st time or 2. however, it's not my teenagers, the freezer is awful it doesn't shut properly. the refrigerator is great at letting you know if you left it open, however i've purposely left the freezer ajar and it doesn't alert you at all. i absolutely hate this refrigerator and have to buy a new one after only having this one for a year, can't keep throwing good away in this economy - also it's not finger proof resistant & makes loud noises

5 Spacious, modern Fridge

We are a family of six and this fridge has been working out great for us. I recommend it for anyone looking to update their kitchen. I didn’t realize just how much nicer it is than my old one until I started using it! Out of the many appliances we have, this one gets used the most so I feel like it was a worthwhile investment. The fridge is spacious with customization to make most layouts works. I like the double doors and especially love the snack tray, although sometimes I forget about it! The vegetable drawers are especially deep. The front picks up fingerprints quick. I have gotten into the habit of using the handles but it’s unavoidable for kids. Speaking of kids, they really enjoy the lower snack tray since they can’t reach the upper shelves of the fridge. I wish the freezer was larger, but we moved our old fridge to the garage so it isn’t really an issue.

2 Adequate for our need.

Due to limited space, we had to settle with this refrigerator. Issues with cooling first couple months, but Samsung repaired with no issues. Repairman was excellent! Finish shows all dirt and fingerprints and needs to be cleaned daily. Ice maker container poorly designed. When pulling drawer out, ice falls in back and accumulates to the point that freezer will not close properly. Limited space for taller items such as milk and bottle drinks. Even the smaller soda bottles do not fit on shelf, but must go in door.
