dishwasher had an error message, after a whole lot of wait times, confused technicians, unsupportive representatives, and 12 days later, still not working dishwasher. very disappointed with samsung service.

i don’t usually write reviews but im beyond annoyed !!! samsung has the worst costumer service ever !! this dishwasher stopped working after 6 months ! the first attempt to repair it was done 3 weeks ago and for the past 3 weeks new technicians are coming in evey week … my dishwasher is still not working till today.i have invested so much with samsung ..biggest mistake ever. do not buy this dishwasher and always temeber that their costumer service is terrible .

since the beginning, it was water leaking, then stopping in-between washing cycles, and not working for hours at all. we contacted samsung support, and they scheduled an appointment with nisi in houston. he has not even run the machine to check its complaints or errors. after 25-30 minutes, he said the caps for the wall mounts were not installed properly, and that was the reason for all these issues, and he left. we continued to experience the same problems and contacted samsung again, and they said that the previous technician informed them that there was no issue with the dishwasher and they did not do anything. it is a punishment for us that we need to stick with it because we spent our money to buy their product.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

my dw wouldn't turn on and the warranty technician said it was caused by a roach walking on the circuit board, shorting it out in multiple places. he said that this can also damage other electronic elements in the dishwasher, making the repairs too extensive. he said my warranty was void due to infestation. i live in florida. the "shield" for the circuit board had large open slots for cooling air circulation that was an easy place for a roach to enter. the faulty design is that they didn't put mesh or anything like that over those big slots so that air could circulate but not allow any bugs in that area. no more samsung for me! i wasted $1,000!

Bought this with several other Samsung appliances as part of a promotion. Very pleased and the dishwasher is very quiet. My only negative is that I was supposed to get 10% back as part of a Lowes/Samsung promotion but neither company could help me find the proper form.

this dishwasher is very quiet and looks great. however, i have had it only a little over two years and am already looking to replace it. the first problems was that it stopped opening automatically open at the end of the cycle. then it developed an intermittent drain error problem for many months that has now changed to every cycle. it drains fine now, but will not finish a cycle so the dishes don't get the final hot rinse and dry. worst of all is that i cannot get anyone to repair it. no one in my town works on samsung dishwashers. i tried a ticket through samsung and it was cancelled. so frustrating
