4 Interior room

When I load the dishwasher normally, I have to raise the middle rack up to accommodate my plates on the bottom. When I do this, the bowls and saucers are obstructed by the very top rack. I’ll probably have to remove the top rack to maximize load efficiency

5 Great dishwasher

I purchased from Samsung, wonderful experience. Dishwasher is more than I expected. So quite, dishes so clean. Delivered to my home, installed perfect. I couldn’t ask for more. This was my first Samsung Appliance and I am sold. Looking forward to purchasing a new range.

1 The pros do not justify the cons

first off, the supply line and the drain hose are in the back and there's no way to run them under the dishwasher at all. this has to be the worst didhwasher ever. i can't believe i've affluent over $1,000 on this thing. the top rack renders the middle rack useless if in the upper position because you can't load bowls in. if you drop the middle rack to accommodate bowls, you can't load plates in the bottom rack. the "feature" of the fold down prongs on the bottom rack are as aggravating as can be, they don't stay up. the dishwasher does not dry the dishes so i'm left to dry then before i put them away. i absolutely hate this dishwasher.

2 Wanted to like it

we purchased this dishwasher as part of a samsung appliance package from our local big box home improvement store. it looks fantastic. and, at first, it worked well. now, after less than 3 years, it does not clean. has not cleaned for a few weeks now. disappointing for a $1000+ machine to stop working in such a short time. do i pay $300-$500 for a service call or do i just buy a new alternative brand?

2 Lacking basic features

this is a premium dishwasher lacking basic dishwasher features. case in point, my previous $200 maytag had an indicator light that the dishes it contained were clean. this samsung premium dishwasher... it just pops the door and turns off the entire display. did someone leave it open with dirty dishes, or did it complete a cycle? there is no way to tell without inspecting the dishes. did samsung do any usability testing with this, or learn from the last decade of dishwasher development? it dissapoints me that the answer is no. now i'm sure they can fix this with a firmware update, and need to, and i would be glad to give it 5 stars as the feature rich machine i was expecting. samsung, you can do better.

1 Leaking and samsung is NOT helpful

purchased this dishwasher in october of 2021 and i just noticed that there was condensation on one side of the dishwasher under my countertop and dripping down and damaging my new cabinets. i called samsung and they sent one guy out and he ordered a new gasket. the new gasket arrived the next day and they sent out another guy and he says that it is because it is installed too far back and that steam being released is normal (we never experienced this before, until the last 10 minutes when the door opens). he doesn't fix anything and moves the unit forward. i run the unit tonight and within 5 minutes its leaking on the opposite side where it wasn't leaking before. i expect samsung to provide a new unit after 2 failed attempts to fix this, and having this unit damage my new cabinets.

1 Worst experience ever !!

The first arrive damage outside and inside , for it the bottom rack do not operate. The door leak water. The dishes are not spotless clean and the 3rd rack doesn't wash the rest of the food. You need to dry manually the dishes. It is quiet. The design is nice. I do not recommend this dishwasher.

1 Don't do it

i purchased this dishwasher expecting a good experience as i had in the past with samsung. that was not the case. it ran great at first - but that was short lived. the machine blew an lc code after only four months of use. after several days and many hours on the phone attempting to set up a service call - samsung informed me that they have no parts available and offers no solution to offer to repair my dishwasher except to send me my money. i now have repurchase, and pay another installer. save your time and frustration.
