I have had the 65" QN90A for 3 days. TV dims bright scenes in SDR and HDR so low that in a bright daytime scene it looks night time. Like it gets stuck on low dimming. End up having to do soft reboot by holding down power button. Then problem goes away temporarily. Then starts up again. Intelligent mode turned off and eco mode and still same issue occurring.Love the TV but I really hope Samsung can update TV to fix issue. Read others having same issue.

The picture quality of this TV is amazing. Even older classic movies have excellent clarity & resolution. I highly recommend this TV.

Bought this tv less than a month ago. Picture has been great but I noticed 4 dead pixels and exchanged it at the store. The new tv received was equally as good, but this time I noticed there is a tiny hair stuck behind the screen near the bottom/middle. Since it would be difficult to take down the tv and bring it back again, I am likely stuck with this one. I can't recommend paying the price for this model which I was told was supposed to be the higher end 4k, with these quality control issues present.

We bought it and installed it a month ago. Works amazing with AV Receiver over HDMI ARC and with cable or OTT video services. Great value and picture! Remote is really easy to use!

Some of the menu options like having all my favorite apps and icons in a single bar would be nice but haven’t figured out how to do, like having crave, netflix, and youtube on the main bar, but otherwise loving this tv

Astounding picture compared to my Samsung 46” of 2008. What a difference! Only complaint is when people are speaking there is a delay compared to my older Samsung. Not sure why this is the case. Tried to change the delay through the advanced sound controls but there is still a lag, although less.

i purchased this television at the end of November 2021. The television is beautiful to watch. It replaced a ten year old plasma screen, different manufacturer, still had a great pic but I wanted a larger screen.. My only frustration is that it takes a long time to identify the source from my receiver when initially turned on .It can take up to ten minutes searching for the source. So far nobody has a solution. The item was purchased at Best Buy and I had terrific help there establishing which set was right for my needs and with the purchase and strategies to look after the set and to decrease price. The calibration done in my home definitely improved the picture further. I would recommend this to anyone purchasing the set. The set was installed quickly and the service was excellent. this has definitely been the right decision for aging eyes! I have been rewatching many favourites and they look so different with soooo much detail being seen. Downton Abbey scenery for example, has soo much to see. Patterns in clothing, and furniture is so distinct. thoroughly enjoyable.
