My Samsung 55" UMU66A0 curved screen TV failed after 4.5 years. The right side of the screen developed black and grey lines to the point where it was no longer useable. I read all the reviews and the best 55" TV for my bright room was the QN90A. It took a bit of work to adapt the TV to the original wall mount and the undermount soundbar holder had nowhere to attach (why do you change the mounting bolt locations?) Once we overcame these issues, I have been pleased with the quality of the picture and the connection to the soundbar is better than the original TV. I haven't been able to enable the voice button, but I rarely used it anyway. I did buy the extended 4 year warranty because of my initial experience - so fingers crossed that I won't have the same issues on an expensive high quality TV.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I bought this as it was a highly rated smart tv Smart tv’s are new to me... i thought they were all the same, you can just install any viewing app u want?? Apparently not! Only the Apps available via samsung, which really have nothing i want!! (Canadian tv networks). And the light adjustment.... it was my understanding that the tv would adapt to different lighting conditions.... mine is in a basement with pot lighting.. there are weird streaks on the screen caused by the lighting... More or less disappointed!!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

The TV was easy to set up. Great picture the colours are amazing. Streaming connections work perfectly for Netflix, YouTube and Prime video.

The one issue the remote doesn’t have a last channel function? Which I feel is an over site on such a high quality TV

Bought this TV because of the picture quality and reviews. The TV was shipped with a bend in the screen (see picture). It is not flat, curved front the top to the bottom. Vision Electronics says this is normal for Samsung TVs.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I bought this a month ago and had a defect with two bulbs not lighting (notice 2 greyish dots mostly on white screen and lighter colour screens in general). Still waiting for a replacement after over a month. When overlooking those 2 dots, the picture quality is sharp. Smart TV features are nicely placed and overall interface is very good When connected to the Samsung Dolby Atmos soundbar, the picture quality and sound immerse you in what you're watching. I wish the TV had a one connect box though as it's not easy setting up the wires on the back with such a tight space after hanging the TV. Non 4k video is a little too grainy in my opinion, and watching sports like hockey in non 4k is not the best due to some ghosting. Waiting for my replacement unit, however overall I think this TV produces a very nice image and sound.
