This arrived at our home a week ago and the setup was much easier than anticipated! It comes with easy to understand instructions and the microwave is easy to clean! Our first large vented home microwave and we never look back!

We bought this the other day and installation was a breeze. I like the microwave. My problem is 1. The charcoal filter included does not fit this microwave. 2. The user manual appears to be for another microwave as well. It states to touch "clock" to enter the correct time. In reality you must press and hold "power level" to set the clock. 3. My settings must be accessed by pressing and holding "0" for 3 seconds then you get OP1-7 with no indication on the machine or the booklet what OP 1 or 7 is.

When the time fell back an hour I couldn’t figure out how to change the time. There is no clock button. Poor design.

Disappointed. Bought dishwasher, range and microwave together. Very POOR operation manual for microwave enclosed. First thing I did was read operations for dishwasher and range. With microwave, it wasn’t even clear how to set the clock! I had to go online to find complete owner manual. Come on Samsung!!! Enclose it and help the customer out. Also, the sensitivity of the touch pad is questionable. We have to press very firmly to have it register...seems like a problem in the making.

I bought 7 months ago and last month the handle started to feel loose. Two weeks ago it broke off completely. I took pictures and contacted Samsung for warranty and was denied, they claim it is physical damage. Do not buy Samsung products as they do do stand behind their cheaply made products. This is my last Samsung purchase

I got to use it for just 2 months. I bought this microwave on the 14th of APRIL, was not used until the 28th, and it spoilt the same day (Stopped heating). I couldn't use it again till the 20th of May (Waiting for it to be fixed and returned). Guess what, it spoilt again (not heating) on the 19th of July. Samsung won't Change it, offering to take it out for repairs again.

Installed this thing about 5 minutes ago and the numbers 1 through 6 don't work. Even plugged it in before we installed it. What a colossal waste of my time. Go elsewhere folks.

I am in the process of moving into my condo and tried setting up the time on my microwave. The power level button does not work. I also noticed that a piece inside the microwave was removed however I have no way of knowing who was inside my unit installing the microwave and Samsung refuses to help me
