I bought this unit just before the pandemic hit here in Canada. Has worked great until today, when it now will not turn off whatsoever. Less than 2 years old and broken - not what I expected given the cost!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

We bought this microwave in February and it looks great but it has NO power! It takes twice as long to warm food and drinks as our old one. It takes twice as long to defrost anything. We feel it was a complete waste of money and would not recommend it to anyone.
