I've had this tv for a couple of months now and it is a great fit for me and my kids. Easy controls, excellent picture quality and great smart features.

When I saw the Samsung QLED TV, I fell in love with them right away and knew I wanted as soon as I could, so we purchased a 60" Samsung QLED in January. I can't be any more satisfied with the picture quality, and all the features it has. Now the collection we now have three Samsung TVs, but only the one is QLED. It's a great product, and a great company, customer service is as great as the product with friendly service, and you know the friendliness is sincere, they are not just saying buss words that they told to use at some staff meeting. It's a great company and I will not buy anything from any company, only Samsung for ne.

I previously had cable, so I wasn’t prepared for all the features and how to use them. But now I’m getting used to it and it seems to be working just fine. The only complaint I have is the sound which is terrible! So I had to purchase a sound bar to go with it. Sound bar is not great, but better than without. Otherwise no problem.
