What a great TV. We really needed a new one and looked at lots of different brands, etc. We heard many people say how great SAMSUNG TV's are and so we bought this one. We love it. No problems at all.....it does so much and the picture is beautiful. I highly recommend!!!!

Had a Sony before this. Got the 55 inch at my son’s suggestion. Two 1/2 weeks later and still loving it. Learning curve is a challenge, but I’m getting there. The 4K viewing is spectacular. 5 stars across the board. Zero regrets!

I bought this TV in around Christmas time from a Big Box retailer. I'm absolutely stunned at the amazing picture quality. It's relatively easy to set up. You would need some idea to navigate the menu etc. WiFi setup is easy It's also quite easy to set up the apps such as Netflix Prime Disney. I must add that I added the Crave TV app from the Apps however can't seem to get the Closed Captioning to work on the Crave App on the TV. It works fine on my Samsung phone. I'm also quite impressed by the Samsung Plus Channels for the music and the fireplace Channel. Overall it's a fantastic product.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

We bought this new Samsung Q60A 75", it is a great picture and the set up was quite easy, a few hiccups. There are not a lot of Instructions that come with the TV so plug it in and follow everything on screen. I think a short tutorial on screen may have been helpful but we found stuff on line to help. There is one negative! Dark images always have a cloudy texture to them rather pure black. Example when credits of a movie come on or some night scenes will often have this same cloudy image. We tried adjusting the setting but it did not help. It is not excessive, but it certainly makes it so the TV is not perfect!

Originally ordered a Q80 LED from Costco. Unit that was delivered would not work, damaged condition. Assume it was delivery company issue. Returned immediately to Costco, however had to settle for the Q60 model. So Not what I wanted, however it works.

Only one issue. Why can't it understand that the device plugged into it is an Apple TV. (it's a 4k model its not terribly old) And why if the hdmi gets unplugged (usually by the cat) can't I just click once to say: Same device as before and not have to go through some setup.

I needed a TV that fit into a pre-existing build in. This has worked perfectly. It is also nice to have all the features of a smart TV.
