Recently had to replace my 10-year old Samsung TV which had exceptional picture quality so did not hesitate one second to replace it with this new Samsung (purchased in Ocr.2021). Picture quality is no better than older 10-year old TV but acceptable; the sound however is extremely poor quality, even after adjusting with the equalizer. Listened to previous Samsung TV with volume at 20 (100 being the max), but with the new TV, I need the volume to be at 65 to achieve the same quality/loudness. Very disappointed.

We bought this TV towards the end of December 2021 and once we had unpacked, installed the feet and placed it on our TV console it was up and running in about 15 mins. As soon as the TV had connected to our home internet it downloaded the latest software version. We registered our streaming accounts and we were off and running. As soon as I hooked up the HDMI arc cable the TV recognised the brand and model of our soundbar and paired automatically. The TV remote works the soundbar as well. We like the Hot Buttons for Netflix and Prime on the remote and the fact that it charges by solar (or in fact any light). We wished that there was a Source button on the remote but otherwise very happy. We found that the built in Samsung software worked so well we did not need to use a Fire stick. The picture is very good after I did a simple adjustment to the factory settings. Sound from the built in speakers was better than I was expecting but we use a 5.1 soundbar system which is now working better than with our previous TV! Overall we highly recommend this TV.

I bought a new Samsung tv after my old Samsung needed replacing. The picture is okay but the sound is terrible. Sound like the voices are in a tin can. No matter how much I adjust the sound balance, equalizer,etc. no improvement. No help forthcoming. Would not buy again for that reason.

Purchased Dec. 2021. Good color and resolution. The only two things that could be improved on is theTv speaker, has poor audio and the remote, would be better if the buttons weren't all black and if there was better instructions in the manual sheet it came with. Still can't understand what some of the buttons are for and I have re-read the manual sheet a number of times. I would still recommend the TV but Samsung, try to make a better TV, your customers will appreciate it.

We bought this tv last month and added the a450 sound bar. The experience is amazing watching movies is so much better now and we connect our phone to the sound bar to play tunes it's amazing.

On paper this TV sounds great and after much research, we bought one. I think we will return it as the white clouding issues are worrisome and annoying. If you touch the screen the colour in that spot changes and remains changed indefinitely. Pressure points from the packaging have left odd white cloud at the edge of the screen ---especially when the image is dark. It is frustrating and annoying and there seems to be no fixing it. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this TV

Had this for a couple months now, picture quality is not great for things like - split screens, news casts etc. live faces, sports eg. hockey pucks, footballs blurry

Bought tv on December, after 2 months, TV started having issues with Wifi (drops the connection several times a day) so it needs to be reset and restarted - extremely annoying and frustrating. Do not buy.
