After comparing several TV brands and models, I decided to upgrade to the Q60A. While it was working, it lived up to expectations. After 1 month, the screen had serious issues. I contact Samsung several times about the problem and they said the problem was not covered under their warranty as it was "physical"damage. Other than removing the TV from the box and installing the TV to the wall, the screen was never touched "physically". The screen looks and feels perfect when the picture is off. Their assessment was done through email/chat pictures. A technician never was never an option to look at the TV. Now I have a broken $800 TV... I should have kept my 10 year old LG!

Very pleased with tv in general although any time I watch another service (Netflix, Apple Tv) the audio repeatedly resets. Audio is connected to a sound bar and is fine until I use another service. Annoying.

Have had it for about a week and found it to be very easy to use. Connected to my network on it's own and played right out of the box. Would have given it 5 stars but I am having a problem with getting it to play MP3's Picture quality is fantastic and is quite responsive when changing from one input to another.

Overall we’re happy with the picture and set up process. I have had a couple of challenges trying to set up a universal remote for both amp and tv but overall it was a painless plug and play setup.

I purchased this television back in late May and after setting it up I found that I actually love it. The size is great at 65” never owned a tv this large before. The streaming options on this smart tv are pretty awesome. Accessing YouTube, Prime & Disney and Netflix just to name a few is so quick. Picture quality is just what I wanted especially when watching football or hockey.

The only complaint I have is I can’t get CBC Gem or NBC as it says it’s not compatible. That disappoints me.
