The picture quality is very good, sound can be sometimes muffled but as a kitchen TV this is a great product. Decent price, excellent service through Costco and so far no concerns (the TV is about three months old). It actually replaced an 8000 series Samsung which we found having only mediocre picture quality especially with the limited brightness adjustment range. No such problem here.

Happy with the TV, but only one problem. I have a Bose 48 lifestyle system that is hooked into the optical outlet of the tv. The optical goes directly to my lifestyle system. My smart tv will broadcast in 5.1, however, any of my HDMI cables will not. Why?

So far so good. The only thing is the fact certains Apps such as IPTV Smarters are not available. And that's frustrating

The remote is far too complicated unless you want to study the complete guide. This is my second Samsung with this style of remote. My wife and my mother are constantly asking me to fix the tv. Dog stepped on the remote, lost the Samsung plus, said it could be restored by going to sources. Went to sources, no option for the Samsung channel..I think Samsung assumes that everyone who watches tv is a techie.

Nice picture quality but expected a bit better. Can't help but wish I had gone one one level down and one size up to a 58". Otherwise, lots of cool features/apps.

The most amazing thing I own. Bigger than I expected a bit too bright for a bedroom but great for a glass mansion. Better than I imagined. I’m in love with my tv. No regrets. Need bigger stand now
