I just got the Q60AA (2021) and would have given it a 5 star rating if I didn't realize that some common applications like Crave do not work on this model. Customer care tried to resolve it remotely but couldn't even find the app listed on the Smart hub. Samsung! Please try to fix this

WE HAVE AN OLDER SAMSUNG SMART TV WITH A SMART HUB… OUR NEW QLED 55” TV DOES NOT HAVE A SMART HUB. WE ‘CUT THE CORD’ YEARS AGO SO NO CABLE. I CALLED SAMSUNG SUPPORT WHICH INFORMED THAT THAT THE TSN APP IS NOT AVAILABLE AND NOT COMPATIBLE WITH OUR NEW TV. WHAT??? NO CFL..NO NFL.. ON THE NEW TV.. SAMSUNG…WHAT WERE YOU THINKING??? IF YOU ARE NOT ON CABLE AND IF YOU WANT NFL, DON’T BUY THIS TV.

Had this TV for about a month now and I am not overly happy with the quality in comparison to my 6 yr old Samsung as well as the remote has “died” 2 times now and you can’t even use the remote while it’s charging So can’t watch tv until remote is fully charged again

my old samsung plasma was much better to watch on an angle than this TV
