My old range died while I was baking pies for Thanksgiving. I wasn't in the market for a new range. After searching for 2 days due to nobody had any brand in stock I found this unit 50+ miles away. I picked it up and installed it and proceeded to resume baking pies. I do a lot of baking so I was hoping that the 6.3 cu ft oven would have a 3rd rack, it doesn't. So far it has filled in well in place of the range it replaced. I would have liked more info in the owners manual on the features, I can't have my computer by the stove reading the manual learning the features. So I have no idea on how to use the convection or Air Fry settings.

I bought this model because it had an air fry oven feature as well as convection and regular bake.

I absolutely love my new stove. It can do so many things that a regular range can’t. I can conventional cook, convection cook, air fry and dehydrate

I bought back in August at local Lowes store. First thing I noticed it didn’t have the air fryer basket. But if I bought from local Sams club or Best Buy the same model it comes with air fryer basket. So I had to order one through Samsung and this was ordered first of October and still haven’t received it. I keep getting emails saying coming in November then December then January and now it’s saying February 18. And also noticed the touch buttons don’t work most the time. Talked to Samsung tech about it and he said the membrane needs to replace. Other than that it works awesome.
