Great oven. Love being able to preheat from anywhere. Nice looking. Control panel a little touchy. The air fry option is amazing.

Purchased a few months ago and have tried all features except Steam Clean (I did not hook up a water supply). Range performs flawlessly, and please don't heed the inaccurate reviews about the cooktop easily scratching, scorch marks, etc. If you follow Samsung's recommendations EXACTLY on how to use, clean, and protect the cooktop, you will have no issues. 5 months later and still not a scratch or burn mark (we can recommend the Cerama Bryte Cooktop Cleaning kit. If used properly, it goes a long way...we still have plenty of cleaner left after 5 months). The oven itself is great as well, love the Convection feature...shaves approx 30 minutes off the cooking time of an average sized roast (if meat is properly defrosted and prepared, etc). Slight disappointment with the cost of the Samsung Air Fry basket and actually obtaining one (had to purchase separately). Not sure we needed one this huge, likely the $25 baskets on Amazon would suffice, but the Samsung does fit a LOT. French fries are great, but oven fried chicken got mixed results (I probably should have put my drip pan - cookie sheet on an oven rack one level below the basket vs sitting the basket directly in the cookie sheet). Aside from this 'experimentation', we are quite happy. The only truly annoying issue is the timer alarm. It certainly DOES get your attention. Note to Samsung Product Engineers: put a little extra coding into the firmware to allow consumers to select from various timer alarms. Otherwise, a very good electric range.

I bought 1 month ago. The air fryer oven works well and cooks as we expected. Took a while to get used to the heating elements vs traditional electric stoves. Once acclimated works well. Surface got a used look faster than expected.

I love our new range, it is so shiny! The oven is very large, which I like, being that I enjoy baking very much. All the controls are very simple to use. I do think keeping the cooktop clean is a bit annoying though. Even after boiling water, there is a ring around the burner.

My range matches my fridge, looks great! Easy to clean, plenty of cooktop room and the only drawback is that the drawer on the bottom is kind of small.

I've had my new stove for about a month and I'm very pleased with how it prepares my meals and how nicely the cook top cleans up.
