1. vent fan is like a jet taking off. all three speeds sounds the same. 2. the manual that came with the product is useless generic types that did not help with my model. 3. fingerprint resistant? that is a joke. it is a fingerprint magnet. 4. does anyone know how to cook 2 cups of white rice? i had whirlpool before that had rice setting. but not in an asian brand! there is brown rice setting. "1" translated to 0.5cups of brown rice and completed in 7 minutes with mostly uncooked rice and water in the bowl. my whirlpool had a 20+ min program for white rice. can someone give me instructions to cook white rice? no one uses a microwave to cook the kind of things it claims to cook. the presets are useless to common man. learn from whirlpool. 5. overpriced for value.

i would recommend you stay away from black stainless applicances. they are only a coating & it peels within a couple of years. it makes they appliances looks terrible & all the money you spent remodeling is wasted with the trashy look of the black stainless appliance. samsung will not stand behind their product. they say it's cosmetic & not under their warranty. they'll sell you paint to touch it up but you'd need more than a touch up. waste of money spent on a "new" product !

I bought this microwave 1 year ago. My only issue is that the door is too large when’s I open it. The controls on the bottom from looks nice but makes the door too large

i purchased this item in nov 2020. after 4 tries i received one that was damaged "as much" in march 2021 two months after the warranty expired it started making a noise and then just stopped working two days after. may 2022 part of a suite that is now going to cost me more money to replace.

I’ve had it for about 3 months and the door is a little squeaky since day one and the front gets a lot of fingertips . So far no mechanical issues works great.

Brought this for my wife for Christmas along with the fridge and electric stove with the airfryer. The best product no doubt the micro has alot of features having fun still learning all of the them.
