We bought this microwave about a month ago, and we enjoy it very much. Does exactly what we want it to do and have had no issues. One thing that would be nice is if it could connect to my SmartThings app so that I could sync the clock with my phone, like the range that we bought.

Bought this as part of a set without doing much research- how much do you need to do for a microwave? It looks good and has some great features, but the only thing it doesn't have that I thought was standard on all of them was a quick start button. Every one I've had has a 30s reheat one touch start- this one you have to go through 3-4 steps before it starts, which is not a bid deal, but for the price, it should definitely have that as an option. Also, the "fingerprint resistant" surface is not really- they're on there and it's constant cleaning.

Over the range microwave oven inputs 7 by itself and prompts to hit OK or Start... nobody touched. JUMP TO SOLUTION ?03-22-2017 11:51 AM - last edited on ?03-22-2017 12:26 PM by Samsung Moderator SamsungCole We occasionally hear a beep and look over to see that the microwave automatically hit the 7 button and is asking for us to select OK or Start... But, we didn't do anything! This happens from a normal resting position where we only see the time

The microwave plate broke while cooking potato’s using the potato button ... no where will replace this plate
