Wow how can you call this a flagship 4K tv when it only has 1 Hdmi 2.1 port. Terrible!

This is by far (no exaggeration) the worst TV I have bought in the past 35 years of buying TVs. Don't trust the early 'influencer' reviews on this one, wait for an objective/honest review. - Complete lack of detail, as in shockingly bad. Faces on my other TV's show pores, small hairs etc. This just shows smudgy nothing, even wrinkles are gone. Faces just don't look real at all. Text is fuzzy and appears to have an aura around it, it's hard to explain. - Most modes are grossly over-saturated and stupidly bright. The movie mode setting helped but it just made everything too flat, blacks were dark grey/dark glowing blue colour in movie mode. - Large bright areas were pulsing/flickering slowly. - Remote is tiny and awkward to use. It doesn't have a number pad. The channel and volume toggles are also buttons, it's just not user friendly. Size-wise it wasn't a good fit for my XL hands at all. I The remote is similar to the small/extra remote that is included with some LG Oled TVs. For a premium TV the remote is a big let down. Plan on spending more time going through menus with the lack of dedicated buttons. Cool solar-charging though! - The sound is pitiful, next to nothing for bass. It just sounds weird, people's voices all sounded the same. Again, buying a premium TV I expect more... - Changing inputs is slow, five to eight seconds each time. This is 2021 right? - I spent 20 minutes with this TV before giving up on it and returning it. I've never had to return a TV before, what an awkward and frustrating experience. What a waste of time and effort. - Samsung's claim of the 'ultra wide viewing angle' is hilarious. This TV was to replace an OLED of the same size in our living area. I couldn't make out enough of the image sitting in the seat I normally sit in off to one side of the TV. The difference was night and day. Their claim is complete marketing garbage. - This was our first (and last) Samsung TV. We have a large number of Samsung products and thought this would be a good fit. - I would have returned this if it was a third of the cost. It almost seems like a social experiment or something, who would keep this?

This product has very strong quality and best of all, it meshes onto our wall with a low profile cable that delivers power and AV images. Minimalist, elegant and surprisingly strong sound quality.

Not sure if Samsung or Crave is to blame here, but don't buy this TV if you want watch Crave TV. There is no app available for the 2021 model, at the time of writing. Very dissappointing.
