We're into our second week and we love this TV. The picture is stunning. The installer said the speakers are excellent, but we already had a Sonos system, so we installed that using the optical sound output. Very easy. We've set up a number of apps, also very easy. The remote is a marvel of simplicity. Only about 10 buttons, instead of the 40 or so on our old remote.

I bought this tv a week ago and while I am impressed with the picture quality and the ability to change settings to suit my taste (this replaced a Samsung plasma tv), I am not impressed with the halo or rainbow effect that I constantly see when dark scenes are on the screen (such as is common in movies/shows about space, fantasy, or suspense, etc., as well as the occasional al tv shows with dark scenes/backgrounds). The screen has an anti-reflective coating BUT if one sees a light (recessed, pendant, or lamp) reflected on the screen a rainbow is seen across the screen with light source as the origin - this really affects the picture qiuality and viewing experience. Thinking about exchanging it with a OLED.

Very happy, picture is clear, blacks are dark. Sound could be better, just use a soundbar or Amp and you'll be good to go!

Had an oled. Loved it. But needed bigger. 85 oled prohibitively expensive. Was worried about a big downgrade in blacks. Neo qled blacks very deep. Oled maybe a bit smoother and 3d. But very happy with neo.

I had this TV for about 3 months. The picture is awesome. What I don’t like is because Samsung has its own operating system they have their own App Store. They have limited and seem to chose what you can get. Even more annoying is some apps are available in the US but not Canada. They need to fix this.

This is my second high end Samsung. I wouldn’t have needed to buy another if our moving company(Minutemen Moving, who are junk btw) didn’t break my last one. Super happy with this TV. Great features, ease of use, and an awesome picture straight out of the box. I don’t think this one will need a calibration after initial use as it seems just spot on. Don’t hesitate with buying this model of Samsung.

The tv itself is great. High quality sound and picture. I am giving it 1 star because the tv menu bar has ADs for McDonald etc on it and we cannot figure out how to then it off. It’s very annoying after purchasing this TV that Samsung feels they can sell third party advertising to us.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I was expecting the larger screen, and perhaps a sharper picture, but the new QN90 QLED TV blew me away with the quality of both the image, and of the sound, despite using the same home theatre system.
