I bought my SAMSUNG 50" TV about 2 months ago Excellent Picture super easy to set up very clear picture and sound quality is perfect highly recommend Samsung !! Brought a SAMSUNG HW Q800 3.1.2 CH sound Bar with Woofer give it a 5 star rating also when matched with the 50" QLED TV excellent sound quality

My wife took me to the store to buy a new TV and she wanted this one, talk about having a grin from ear to ear, did I hear her right.? Well she was and what a beautiful TV got it home unpacked it and plugged it in and the sound was terrible cracking and you couldn't watch a movie, so SAMSUNG support here we go, but to my surprise the service was fast and they sent 2 repair men because of the size of the TV replaced the bad speaker and then spent 30 minutes setup and showing my wife the great TV she had bought. Will ever buy another SAMSUNG product HMMMM. YES

This is our first Samsung product have added the HWQ950A sound bar and we are very impressed with how they work together. The picture is the best we have ever had colores are super bright.

I bought this tv brand spanking new on black Friday. it worked awesome but now it keeps disconnecting from Wifi while everything else is connected to the same WIFI. did alittle digging around google and come to find out this a Samsung thing. i wish i knew that before i change from Sony to Samsung. also the app store does have most apps that offer free streaming but other then that has excellent picture and i love the live sound thing that it has

This model has the best picture quality I ever seen. I highly recommend watching National Geographic or other nature channels on this TV. The colors, sharpness and amount of all details you can see are truly breathtaking. This model replaced my older 55" Samsung UHD TV I purchased back in 2015. The only thing that I am missing from the old TV which is not included here are games (like monopoly) that are not pre-loaded in the smart hub. Also radio stations are not preloaded. Is there any ways I can add those?

I set up my tv about a month ago. So far I can’t say that I am impressed. I thought this TV would reduce blurs, reduce glare and picture quality would be amazing. I have been adjusting the settings yet it’s not clear. That’s not even the main problem. Since I set up the tv it doesn’t seem to be compatible with Disney+. I have contacted the store and have exhausted all settings and option and made no difference. Every time we try watching Disney plus keep getting an error message “no internet connection” and keeps freezing and spinning every few minutes. My internet connection is fine and all the other apps work on this tv. I also have other Samsung TV models in my other rooms and do not have this issue with DisneyPlus. I finally was frustrated and contacted Samsung Support. I opened a ticket online. Received an email which asked me to contact their chat support. I did that then chat support told me to text as they are busy. I then texted and no reply or help. I spent $6000 on a TV that I can’t watch. Samsung has THE WORST support for customers. I’m extremely frustrated. This is absolutely absurd. I’ll escalate this until someone from Samsung contacts me and resolve this issue. This is unacceptable and no way to treat their customers.

I upgraded from a QN60 TV and the picture is fabulous. However. During dark scenes or when the TV is off there’s really bad reflections that show up. I never had the issue with the old tv so it’s very disappointing.

Bought it a month ago and love it and it's features. We initially had to return a QLED Samsung due to a damaged pixel bulb within 1 yr and 3 months of being purchased. This one definitely exceeds the previous purchase when we were a little hesitant in going with another Samsung TV.
